We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Telesales Representative for our branch location in Dallas, TX.
Job Description
Enter and update customer information in the database. Generate leads through web based software, internet, and CRM searches. Calling existing and potential customers to schedule appointments with Kaeser Territory Managers.Ask proper questions to understand customer needs, and close meeting requests. Keep records of calls and note useful information.
Be the primary contact with customers and prospects in relation to equipment sales.
Manage and coordinate field sales representatives calendars and sales appointments.
Contact customers to schedule follow up appointments .
Handle lead follow up and qualification of customers.
Create quote requests upon recommendation of sales representatives.Required QualificationsThe successful candidate’s background will include: High School diploma (required); college degree (preferred) Experience working in a sales driven environment, preferably industrial Experience making prospecting calls both warm and cold in goal driven environment Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Flexibility to travel for product training classes PC literate, specifically MS Products, Word, Excel and Outlook (required), Google Suite SAP experience (preferred)
